Yorkshire’s highest-grossing Kickstarter design firm launches fragrance-infused jewellery

A Leeds-based designer and manufacturer of men’s jewellery has launched a Kickstarter campaign for an innovative range of fragrance-infused accessories, inspired by the lunar calendar.

Established in 2014, Vanacci is the highest-grossing Kickstarter firm, in the Yorkshire design category, having already run six successful crowdfunding campaigns, raising an impressive £150,000 accumulatively.

The new Nightfall range launched on 3rd July 2017, is designed to feature phases of the moon and will incorporate Vanacci’s patented Lockstone material; an advanced technology that allows the wearer to spray their favourite scent onto the product, which will then be diffused throughout the day.

Renowned for their British craftmanship and Italian design flair, Vanacci creates unique pendants, bracelets, wallets, cufflinks and watches at their headquarters in Lower Wortley, Leeds.


Vanacci is confident they will reach their target of £1,000 from the crowdfunding campaign, which will allow the firm to purchase base materials and equipment to fulfil production needs for the new range.

The life of cologne is extended by up to seven times with just one spray on a Vanacci bracelet, compared to wearing perfume directly on the skin. At the heart of Vanacci’s products rests a micro-porus structure and an internal reservoir, capable of absorbing and retaining moisture.

Headed-up by managing director, James Whitfield, Vanacci consists of a tight-knit team of designers, engineers and fashion professionals with more than 20-years’ experience in the design industry.
