A not-for-profit start-up marketing agency based in Stockport announced two new client wins!

Stockport, where the agency is based

Home is excited to announce Six Town Housing and Stockport Credit Union as new clients. Home Marketing will be providing full-service Marketing, PR & Comms services to both companies, acting as a plug-in, in-house team.

As part of the contracts, Home will build upon Six Town Housing’s current reputation – increasing the organisation’s presence in regional and national press while also building the organisation’s employer brand and empowering tenant engagement.

For Stockport Credit Union, Home will build upon plans to ensure the organisation will be seen as one of the leading credit unions in the United Kingdom. The team will also be assisting with business growth through relationships, events, PR, social media & design.

The agency first established in February this year, is part of Stockport Homes Group (SHG). They provide a team of social impact marketers, delivering full-service marketing, PR and communications to companies and organisations with a focus on community, housing, or place.

These two new account wins follow on from the brand winning Marketing Team of the Year at both the Greater Manchester and Stockport Business Awards this year. On top of this, the team recently won ‘Start-up of the Year’ at Global business awards, ‘Globee’.

In addition to working with SHG and the two new clients, the team’s expanding portfolio includes delivering full-service marketing and comms output for Shropshire Town and Rural Housing, Let Us: The Greater MCR Ethical Lettings Agency, Pure Innovations, Athena MCR & many more forward-thinking and ethical organisations.

Jonathan Moore, CEO of Stockport Credit Union, said:
“With such ambitious growth plans, I’m proud to be working with Home Marketing who will help us connect to many more businesses and individuals. Our organisation has often been referred to as ‘the region’s best kept secret’ and we are now on a mission to change that”

“One of the ways we’re best helping Stockport residents is by partnering with their employees so we can offer staff our exclusive payroll plus loan – we’re looking forward to expanding on this, giving more people access to a community alternative to a bank’s traditional offering”.

Sharon McCambridge, CEO of Six Town Housing, said:
“On the back of announcing a new Chair of Six Town Housing and a new Board member, we are looking forward to 2022 where we have many exciting plans to support the residents of Bury. With Home Marketing now working with us, we’re looking forward to new ways of connecting with Bury residents so we can offer them support and make Bury an even more desirable place to live.”
