Anthill continue rapid expansion

Having made a strong start to 2021, Anthill Software are in prime position to continue their five-year rapid expansion plan and build upon a highly successful year which saw them smash the £1 million annual recurring revenue milestone.

Record growth of 32% year on year has ensured Anthill are here to stay, despite the challenges of tightening budgets as the pandemic began to squeeze. Household names, such as Homebase, Bathstore and American Golf, have continued to evolve their operations by utilising the technology produced by the Leeds based software company.

Anthill specialise in CRM, Process Management and Automation, with a technology that focuses on organising how companies and their customers interact.

Founder and CEO John Endeacott said: “The shift toward home working and remote services raised a great number of questions for retailers, highlighting the need for true organisation and control of customer activity.

Our unique platform has been designed for companies to define their individual customer processes, forming a blue-print for how customers are handled as they progress through the operation in a consistent and controlled way.

The result is staff are guided on best practise, have instant access to the data they need and the whole business follows the same path, fully aligned to the companies aims.”

Created to rival the “big-tech” firms of Silicon Valley, the entire Anthill platform is the unique product of a budding in-house tech team based entirely in the heart of Leeds.

With plans to double the team over the coming months, Anthill are going against the grain with key hires having already been made and a larger river side office secured to ensure the business can continue to delight their growing customer base. There is no intention to rest on their laurels.

Speaking on behalf of Anthill, Mr Endeacott added: “Seeing our ambitious growth plans surpassing initial targets is fantastic and is testament to our passionate development and success teams who continue to evolve our technology and provide a world class service to customers.

Expanding the team by 40% in the last 6 weeks alone has been amazing to witness and I’m delighted we are in a position to continue this trend over the coming months.

Our exciting product road map for 2021 will introduce our platform to new industries, and present further opportunities for existing customers to benefit from using Anthill.”

Praise certainly has not been in short supply for the organisation, Homebase Business Unit Director for Showrooms Ian Penney described Anthill as “an absolutely superb system that guarantees that our customers are at the heart of our business by ensuring we have everything we need to hand”.

Anthill have continued to grow their presence within the Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathrooms retail space citing a growing reputation and word of mouth as key drivers in more and more independents and household names signing up for their services.

With plans to increase growth year and year again this year, this Yorkshire success story looks set to continue.
