BCN Group secures spot in Forbes Solicitors Reinvention and Resilience Top 50

BCN Group, an IT managed services and digital transformation company, has been named in the inaugural Forbes Solicitors Reinvention and Resilience Top 50.

The report includes a list of elite North West companies that have innovated and diversified during the COVID-19 pandemic, allowing them to operate as normal despite unprecedented challenges.

BCN Group signed 64 new clients during lockdown, all of which needed to quickly adapt to new ways of working as COVID-19 restrictions came into force.

By taking the approach it did, BCN Group was able to help these clients transition to new ways of working while also continuing to support its existing clients and partners.

Simon Kelf, BCN Group CEO, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to have been included in the Forbes Solicitors Reinvention and Resilience Top 50.

“As a business, we have worked tirelessly during the pandemic to continue to deliver a first-class service to our clients and it’s testament to our team that we have been recognised in this way.

“When lockdown was first announced we quickly issued our “Covid-19 Business Continuity Plan” to ensure we could continue to deliver the same exemplary products and services to our clients.

“In addition to this, we also created a taskforce to monitor the ever-changing situation so that we could react and respond to any changes immediately.

“We were able to issue our plan so quickly because we were already working to a digital transformation plan based on the rising trend of remote working.

“Our entire model is based on ensuring that our internal systems and structures are flexible and resilient at all times, as are those of our partners and clients.”

Forbes Solicitors compiled the research – including nominations from small-to-medium-sized companies across all sectors – in a bid to showcase how businesses are generating revenue and protecting jobs in the wake of COVID-19.

The Reinvention and Resilience report also identifies key trends that have seen companies ‘pivot’ to improve resilience by re-inventing their business, service, product or sector.

The news comes off the back of a hugely successful year for BCN Group, which saw reported turnover increase 110% year on year to £23.8m in FY19/20.

The impressive trajectory looks set to continue for FY20/21 with an expected turnover of £30m+.
