Bellway site manager scoops third Pride in the Job

Paul McKeever

Paul McKeever, Bellway’s site manager at Primrose Meadow in Warrington, has received his third National House Building Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job award.

Paul, who won the same award last year for the same development, is thrilled to have maintained his high standards on site at Primrose Meadow and be a Pride in the Job recipient for a second consecutive year. Paul won his first Pride in the Job award in 2011.

In existence for more than 35 years, the Pride in the Job scheme is dedicated to recognising the industry’s very best performers and is a prestigious accolade that site managers strive to achieve.

To win an award, site managers must score highly in all areas of the build process including quality of workmanship, technical expertise, health and safety and management and leadership. Judges are also looking for meticulous and consistent attention to detail and the special qualities and attributes that set winners apart from the rest.

Having worked in the construction industry for more than 37 years, starting off as a joiner before moving into site management 21 years ago, Paul has many years’ experience in site management.

He comments: “It is wonderful to have received the Pride in the Job award for a second consecutive year at Primrose Meadow. The team continually works hard and together, we deliver high quality new build homes for Bellway, maintaining the company’s highly regarded reputation.”

Ian Hopkins, construction director at Bellway Homes, adds: “We are very proud of Paul for receiving yet another Pride in the Job award. It is the industry’s most prestigious accolade for site managers, and this achievement is once again wonderful news for Paul and his team.”

Located on Liverpool Road in a highly sought after part of Warrington, Primrose Meadow is a beautiful development of three, four and five bedroom homes.
