Buccleuch Property has secured a new letting at Christine House, Teesdale Business Park. The first-floor office accommodation comprises over 2,000 sq. ft. and has been let to GAC Services (UK) Ltd on a six-year deal.
Buccleuch Property recently completed an extensive refurbishment of Christine House in order to provide modern office accommodation with attractive lease terms. Two remaining suites, range in size from 1,099 – 4,265 sq. ft., are now being marketed by agents Dodds Brown and Connect Property North East (CPNE).
