Bukhara Manchester celebrates the season with exclusive party menus

Bukhara Manchester is set to ring in the season with the launch of its party inspired set menus.

The Manchester eatery is serving up a range of traditional dishes, ideal for customers looking to celebrate throughout December as the new year draws closer.

Situated in the recently refurbished Old Town Hall on Cheetham Hill Road, the venue’s party menus include traditional Indian cuisine available for parties of 20 people or more, perfect for work nights out or simply dining with friends and family.

Manager Faruk Patel said: “As we enter into December, party season is in full swing and what better way to celebrate than with a selection of authentic and delicious dishes from our party menus, designed with family gatherings and after work social events in mind? Food brings people together and the opulent settings of Bukhara Manchester make for the perfect party atmosphere to celebrate in style.

“December is a particularly busy time for us here at Bukhara Manchester and our kitchen staff have worked tirelessly to offer the perfect menu for any occasion, offering a selection of dishes featuring some of our most popular offerings including Thai Mango Salad, Lamb or Chicken Biryani and Daal Tarka to name a few. Our party menus can be aptly paired with one of our signature mocktails or specialty juices which include flavours such as Mint & Lime, Strawberry Virgin Mojito and Mango Lassi. Aside from our exclusive party menus, customers can still order from the regular menu, which boasts signature, opulent dishes including Roast Leg of Lamb, Roast Chicken and Stuffed Fish.”

Bukhara Manchester opened following the success of sister sites in Samlesbury and Liverpool which were established in 2004 and 2014 respectively. Taking its name from the by-word for ‘food excellence’, the venue was established in the summer of 2016 and has already gained a reputation for its delicious authentic Indian cuisine.

Faruk added: “We look forward to celebrating with customers throughout December, up until New Year’s Eve when we will be open for food until 11pm. For those looking to host bigger functions, our banquet suite holds 600 people and makes the perfect venue for a corporate party or special occasion, no matter the time of year.”

Set Party Menus at Bukhara Manchester are priced at £15 per person or £17 including dessert and are available all year round for parties of 20 or more.
