Huddersfield based leaflet distribution firm Mr Flyer have been shortlisted for two prestigious awards.
Company director, Andrew Robinson was delighted to discover that his firm has been shortlisted for The Negotiator Awards for the second year running earlier this month. To top off this achievement came a second award nomination for the Examiner business awards. Andrew comments, “I’m absolutely thrilled that our success at Mr Flyer has been recognised by two award bodies. It’s a true testament to our team’s hard work and determination.”
Andrew founded Mr Flyer in January 2011 and as a result of his relentless enthusiasm to provide a reliable and quality leaflet distribution service; the company has experienced rapid growth over the last 6 years. As a result of their continuous growth, Mr Flyer now employs 37 staff and has now expanded their service into locations as far as Sheffield and Leeds.
The Negotiator Awards is the most prestigious and popular awards scheme in residential property. Mr Flyer has been shortlisted for the Supplier of the Year: Services & Products category at The Negotiator Awards after working with a number of estate agents in the area. The winners will be announced on the 31st October in London, hosted by Jimmy Carr. Andrew comments “Mr Flyer were Bronze winners last year so we hope to go further and win Gold this year.”
The second shortlisting for the firm is the Examiner Business Awards, for “Employer of the Year”. The local awards which sees strong competition from local businesses in the Kirklees area. The winner will be revealed at a black tie awards evening on Thursday 2nd November at the John Smiths Stadium. Andrew comments “I’m elated that Mr Flyer has been recognised as a top employer within the business community. Mr Flyer is dedicated to our staff and without their hard work, we couldn’t possibly operate.”
With both award ceremonies falling in the same week we hope that Andrew and his team will have plenty of celebrating.
