Carter Towler and Sanderson Weatherall have just successfully completed the purchase and letting of International House, Guiseley and Carter Towler will also be responsible for managing the property.
The chartered surveyors purchased the 7,292 sq ft warehouse on Ghyll Royd, South View Business Park on behalf of a long-standing client from White & Co Removals with Sanderson Weatherall’s agency team acting on behalf of the vendors.
International House was then refurbished before being marketed and let to Screw Fix in a 10 year lease deal negotiated by industrial agency divisions the Sanderson Weatherall and Carter Towler.

The two-storey unit is close to the A65 and is directly to the rear of the Westfield Retail Park whose occupiers include McDonald’s, Halfords, Costa Coffee, Next and Argos. In addition to warehouse space it has office accommodation, parking for 9 vehicles and a secure yard.
