Carter Towler has received seven awards this week recognising the outstanding contributions it has made to the commercial property market in the past 12 months.
The chartered surveyors’ first award, for being the most active agent in Yorkshire and Humberside, was presented by leading property publication Estates Gazette. This is the fourth year in a row that Carter Towler has won this particular accolade.
The six remaining trophies, awarded by the CoStar Group, were given to the company in a ceremony at the Royal Armouries Museum on 5th March.
Commenting on their recent success director Richard Fraser said: “It certainly has been an exceptional week. For us to retain our Estates Gazette title is one thing but to go on and win the most awards of any regional company at the CoStar Awards really is quite astounding.
“We have been very busy across all parts of our business over the past year but it’s only when you stop and reflect on occasions like this that you realise just how much our business has grown.

Carter Towler is one of the largest independent firms of property consultants in the North, its range of services include industrial, office and retail agency, property management, building and professional services.
In the past 12 months it has been involved in over 300 deals and currently manages in excess of 3,000 properties.
