Jacqui Hall, Managing Director of Harrogate-based energy supplier CNG, has been awarded the Corporate Leader Award at the Forward Ladies National Awards and Summit in Leeds.
Now in their 10th year – the awards and summit are designed to demonstrate enterprise, talent and innovation from across the regions and nationally.
This win follows on from the Yorkshire, North East and Scotland regional summit back in September, where Jacqui was shortlisted alongside 56 applicants in multiple categories and went on to win the title of Regional Corporate Leader. All regional winners went on to go head to head for the coveted national titles.
On the awards, Forward Ladies MD Griselda Togobo explained: “Since launching in 2009, these are the only business awards to recognise those leaders and organisations who have made the greatest impact on the regional and wider UK economy over the last 12 months.”
Jacqui added: “It’s always wonderful to win, but for me, and for CNG, it’s simply amazing just to have the opportunity to meet with, and chat to like-minded businesses and businesswomen, all of whom are leading the way in their sectors and share our passion for being the best!
“I am dedicated to ensuring CNG is diverse. Of our Team Leaders, Managers and Directors (of which there are 56 in total), 39 of these positions are held by female employees. I am committed to ensuring the energy industry becomes a place that nurtures young talent. “
