Complete renewal of Taylor&Emmet HR service

Kelly Gibson, Taylor&Emmet's head of employment law.

Sheffield’s Taylor&Emmet LLP is shaking up its employment law offering to ensure businesses of all sizes can protect against the risks of constantly changing legislation.

The firm is relaunching its longstanding HR subscription service, T&E Complete, splitting it into three packages to cater for the needs of different types of employers.

Businesses, with or without internal HR personnel, can access help with employment contracts and staff handbooks, via Taylor&Emmet’s T&E Essentials or HR Manager platforms. In both cases, monthly updates on changes to the law are provided, plus access to seminars and events, whilst clients using the latter service also benefit from telephone or email advice and annual training.

Taylor&Emmet’s flagship package, T&E Complete, provides employers with unlimited employment law support for a fixed annual cost, including expert advice on coronavirus-related issues. Subscribers can also benefit from additional bespoke employment contracts, directors’ service agreements and privacy notices, as well as training, seminars and tribunal insurance and representation.

Kelly Gibson, Taylor&Emmet’s head of employment law, said: “Given the seismic shift we have seen in working patterns and habits recently, it seemed the perfect time to update our offering and tailor it to the changing needs of businesses, regardless of size. We are giving employers a cost-effective way to manage their workforce issues, whilst remaining legally complaint and the new subscription packages mean our expertise is accessible to everyone.”

T&E Complete work is undertaken by fully qualified employment law specialists and all clients receive an introductory consultation, to give the Taylor&Emmet team an understanding of their business. A range of optional extras can be bolted onto the Essentials and HR Manager packages and subscriptions are paid quarterly to spread the cost. All packages include the use of free HR software that can be upgraded to provide additional functionality.
