Cumbrian-based digital agency win Scottish client

Cumbrian-based agency Flame Concepts, has been appointed to handle the account of Scottish stately home, Arniston House – home to the Dundas family for over 450 years.

Arniston House’s marketing objectives are ambitious and exciting and Flame Concepts’ brief will be to help maximise the opportunities available to the 6000-acre estate, which is conveniently located just 11 miles south of Edinburgh.

Flame will support Arniston in delivering a range of high-end events, whilst its booking solutions will also help bundle exclusive activities that can be enjoyed whilst staying on the estate in one of Arniston’s four luxury holiday cottages. During their stay, guests will have the opportunity to engage in a range of outdoor activities from non-shoot deer stalking (photography) to fishing and cycling.

Delegate registration and exhibitor bookings will also be handled, to assist the management of the business conferences that Arniston House is looking to host, whilst Flame will also deliver solutions that make it simple for groups and individuals to book and enjoy an open day tour of the magnificent stately home, which has been described as one of the most important William Adam houses in Scotland.

Flame Concepts’ managing director, Steve Bishop, said: “We are proud to have won this dynamic account, as it is testament to the specialist skills that our team possesses, particularly as the client is based in Scotland.

“Arniston House and Estate are aspirational in their ambitions and our aim is to work in partnership with the Dundas family and Estate Team, to ensure that they can not only run a wide range of events that require e-booking and e-ticketing systems, but also facilitate them in a sophisticated and highly efficient manner that reduces administration time and enhances client satisfaction at the first touchpoint between customer and venue.”

Speaking on behalf of Arniston House, Estate Manager Henrietta Dundas said: “We are absolutely delighted to be working with Flame Concepts at Arniston. This is an exciting new era for our family home as we develop events and take the house and estate into the 21st century. Flame Concepts’ digital expertise, alongside their essential understanding of our heritage and legacy at Arniston, is the perfect mix for this project.”

Kimberley Shaw-Walker, Arniston’s events and marketing coordinator, who is liaising with Flame on the delivery of the project added: “It is a very exciting time at Arniston, developing new events and expanding our services to guests and visitors. Flame Concepts was our choice because of its outstanding reputation, the capacity to deliver and extensive range of options for our new event services and its principle of working to a standard of excellence. We feel this embodies our own mission of prospering with integrity.”
