Customer demand drives Synergy name change

Sign of success: Paul Parkinson (centre), MD of Synergy Car Leasing with team members.

Car leasing broker Synergy Automotive has changed its name to Synergy Car Leasing to better reflect customers’ requirements as the multi-award winning business continues to evolve and expand.

Founded in 2006 with the aim of delivering an excellent leasing experience to every customer, the 50-strong team supplies finance packages for new vehicles to personal leasing customers – which make up 70% of its ever-growing client base – as well as all types of businesses across the UK.

The rebrand, which entails cutting-edge IT enhancements to further boost customer experience, is geared to improve customers’ accessibility to services and deals faster and more efficiently.

The move is part of a wider £500k investment programme which includes increasing opening hours by almost 60% and doubling office space at Synergy’s Hornbeam Park headquarters in Harrogate to accommodate the company’s three year growth strategy.

Paul Parkinson, MD of Synergy Car Leasing, explained: “As an online customer-focused, data-driven business, remaining agile and providing a fast response in an increasing competitive marketplace is more important than ever. Our rebrand is designed to make us even more relevant to our personal and SME business customers while ensuring we remain ahead of the curve and our competitors.”

Synergy’s business developments in 2019 include securing its Feefo 5 Star Gold Trusted Service award for exceptional customer experience for the fifth successive year. The company has also further increased its team with three new account managers who jointly combine more than five decades of sector expertise.
