Digital Agency Supports New Talent with Two New Hires to End Year

As part of their ongoing expansion and growth throughout 2017 award-winning digital agency Bolser has announced 2 new hires this week, which sees the Leeds agency attract graduates from Northumbria and Nottingham to their city centre head office, bringing back home grown talent to the region where they grew up.

Amy Conway, 23 and Alice Oliver, 22 both grew up in Yorkshire but moved away for University and now the Leeds and Ilkley born graduates have taken up Account Executive roles at Bolser.

Amy, who graduated in marketing and will be supporting the Bolser team on their Microsoft projects said: “My favourite modules in my final year were digital marketing and future marketing where I was able to design ideas for commercial apps and plan their journey to launch. I have recently returned to Leeds, my hometown where I grew up and am so excited about joining the Bolser team. There is so much learning potential for me to develop myself at this agency, and as a bonus, it looks like I’m going to have fun whilst doing it.”

Alice, 22, who will be working with the Bolser team on KFC, previously worked as a Product and Marketing Assistant at Infoserve where she gained experience working with Google and Bing. She said: “This is a great opportunity as it’s a really exciting chance to work with top end brands and gain more digital experience with an award winning digital agency, with a fun and inclusive team.”

Ashley Bolser, M.D, who founded the agency in 2001, said: ”These additional hires are very important to me as it shows me we can bring people back from their University cities and develop home grown talent here in Leeds. I’m delighted we’ve been able to offer roles to Amy and Alice and to kick start their careers in digital in this fab city”.

Flying the flag for the Leeds Digital sector, Bolser works with a number of global clients including KFC, EE, and Microsoft.
