Property and leisure specialist Parklane Group has appointed Leeds-headquartered IT, cyber security, networks and automation firm Dynamic Networks Group to provide IT services across six national brands.
From launching the country’s first boutique aparthotels brand to delivering innovative student and professional accommodation, the Yorkshire-based Parklane Group has grown and diversified over its 40-year history.
Now operating across residential and leisure markets, Parklane Group includes property management brand Parklane Properties, all-inclusive student accommodation brand Rentinc and luxury student accommodation brand IconInc. UK-wide aparthotel brand Roomzzz, independent property maintenance company Hive Property Services and Leeds Golf Centre, acquired in 2011, complete the group.
Dynamic Networks Group will be providing managed IT services across the group, with IT support tailored to the needs of each business, including bespoke support opening times that reflect the business hours of the six group companies.

Some of our brands are heavy users of technology, operating 24/7, and so we need to know that the right IT support is there 24/7, too, should we need it. Having worked with the team at Dynamic on a number of CCTV, cabling and automation projects, we knew that putting our IT in their hands was a safe bet. They are a proactive firm, and we can see that proactivity adding significant value when it comes to ongoing IT support.”

Dynamic Networks Group operates from a base in Leeds, employing 43 staff to deliver IT, cyber security, networks and automation services to organisations in the region and beyond. The firm opened a London office last month to support its work in the capital and offer a complete range of services more readily to a growing customer base across the south of England.
