Property consultancy Eddisons is donating over 200 Easter eggs to pupils and staff at North Fawdon Primary School in Newcastle.

The building and project consultancy team at Eddisons answered the call from the school’s business manager, Nikki Lumley, who was concerned that many children would go without this Easter.

Scott Lambert, building surveyor at Eddisons, said: “Our specialist education sector team works with schools across the country to help them secure the funding to make them better places to learn and work. We build strong relationships with the school communities we work with and have been working with North Fawdon Primary for four years now. We’re really pleased to be able to give this small gift to students and staff and hope everyone enjoys their Easter eggs.”

In recent years, the Eddisons team has helped North Fawdon Primary School to secure funding for improvements to their buildings and grounds through the Government’s Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) including roof refurbishment works and safeguarding works. The team is currently working on a cladding replacement project at the school.

Ms Lumley said: “Eddisons have been helping the school to make improvements to its infrastructure for four years and are a trusted partner of ours. We’re grateful for all that they do and give special thanks for this thoughtful gift. It’s certain to bring smiles to the children’s faces over Easter.”
