Erris Homes, Yorkshire’s premium new home builder, has welcomed four new team members following a string of success in 2018. Leeds-based Erris Homes, sister company of Howard Civil Engineering, are currently completing existing developments across Yorkshire following a combined profit of £25 million in 2018.
Sam Tempest (left) has accepted the role of Technical Co-ordinator following a healthy career in commercial project management and is joined by experienced new Senior Quantity Surveyor Rob Foster (right).
A relatively new home builder in Yorkshire, Erris Homes already have exciting plans to roll out a new housing development in Huddersfield, and an additional new development in Sheffield throughout 2019.
Following the successful launch of their new website in December, Erris’ new Digital Marketing Executive, Abbie Harrop (centre right), is the driving force for garnering interest in the new Sheffield and Huddersfield developments. Completing the line-up of new additions to the team is Shauna Douglas (centre left), who joins the Erris Homes family as Assistant Sales Manager.
