Delivered by Rae Gaukroger, Be Your Best: Springboard Candidate Coaching supports senior executives to build the knowledge, skills and confidence to transition to new opportunities faster. Focused on, but not exclusively for, leaders in the North East this new service will contribute to retaining top talent to boost the growth and prosperity of our local economy.
Rae has worked in management and leadership development for over 30 years in organisations such as Boots and as an independent consultant with clients in the public and private sectors including the NHS, Northumberland National Park, and Greggs. She has enjoyed the many benefits of investing in her own development throughout her successful career journey. A qualified coach in leadership coaching and mentoring, the Hexham based professional is delighted to partner with Peter Neal of the Experience Bank Group to launch this service in the region.
