Frank Recruitment Group expands global coverage with new California office

Frank Recruitment Group, Go Beyond

Technology recruitment giant Frank Recruitment Group is continuing its rapid global expansion with a brand new office in Orange County, California.

The Irvine hub is the firm’s ninth new location to open in the last 18 months, and marks the eighteenth city in which the Newcastle-born company has made a home.

With 20 jobs already created by the Irvine office launch, Frank Recruitment Group plans to add another 35 sales roles over the coming year. The latest opening is a testament both to the huge potential of the cloud technology market and Frank Recruitment Group’s continued commitment to investing in its Stateside operations.

Located in Park Tower, right on the border of Irvine and Costa Mesa, Frank Recruitment Group will initially run three of its core brands out of the office, focusing on some of the most in-demand technologies today. Nigel Frank International will focus on Microsoft Azure jobs, while Mason Frank and Jefferson Frank will cover Salesforce recruitment and Amazon Web Services (AWS) staffing respectively.

“We’re no longer talking about companies just thinking of migrating to the cloud,” said Ian Clark, Head of Americas at Frank Recruitment Group. “Most companies have already migrated, or are in the middle of it. It’s no longer ‘new’ tech, it’s established and growing at an incredible rate.

“The issue is that it’s a very candidate-short market, and that’s where we can add value to any business using these cloud technologies.”

Founded in 2006, Frank Recruitment Group has grown into a leading global niche IT recruitment business, operating nine brands and employing over 2,000 people across Europe, North America, Asia and Australasia.

Throughout its international growth, the firm has earned a host of industry accolades including Fast Track 100, International Track 200, Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250, and The Financial Times Future 100.
