Award-winning virtual agency Get Ahead VA is delighted to welcome a new regional director partnership for the North East.
Allison Wood and Karen McCulloch have joined Get Ahead VA as regional directors for Newcastle and its surrounding areas. Friends for 14 years, they bring with them over two decades of experience in a range of Administration, Marketing, Finance, and Events, Operations and Project Management roles.
Allison says: “Karen and I always used to meet up for coffee before work and dream about running our own business. Finally, we found the right opportunity and everything has fallen into place. As soon as we met founder Rebecca Newenham we were impressed by her positivity, enthusiasm, and the success she has achieved over the past 8 years. As regional directors, we loved the idea of being part of the team, yet still able to control what’s right for us in the North East market.”
Karen adds: “We are really excited about developing our business and supporting companies in the local area with the services they need. We have already been to a number of business networking meetings and events. We enjoy meeting new people to discuss their business needs and find out what works for them so that we can help them reach their full potential.”
