Glorious! Foods account win for Harrogate-based Extreme

Glorious! Foods has appointed Harrogate-based Extreme to handle its social media marketing strategy, following a competitive pitch.

The brand, most famous for its travel-inspired chilled soup range, has been managing its social media in house for the last year, but its partnership with Extreme will focus on a bid to increase market share and inject some fun and personality back into the brand.

Award-winning Extreme drew on its experience with other national FMCG brands worked on through retail giant Nisa Local, to deliver a comprehensive plan of creative social media marketing, reflective of the brand’s sense of adventure, fun and passion for unique flavours.

Glorious! is part of Scunthorpe-based TSC Foods which has a turnover of over £50m. Glorious! products can be found at major retailers including Waitrose, Ocado, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s and Asda. Following its appointment, Extreme will be bringing the personality of the brand to the fore in an increasingly crowded marketplace, as well as helping with the elevation of the latest Glorious! innovations.
