Hallamshire Engineering Services, a manufacturer of materials handling equipment, based in Wakefield, has won a major new contract with Roltech Mechanical Ltd in Newcastle-under-Lyme to supply pulleys for conveyors on a new ballast washing system for a major UK quarrying company.
Roltech Mechanical, which operates in the design, installation and manufacture of turnkey engineering projects for the aggregates and waste to energy industries, was looking to contract with a company that could provide the high service levels and technical expertise required on this contract.
Part of Group Rhodes, Hallamshire Engineering Services is a major worldwide exporter of bespoke equipment for the mining, quarrying, agriculture and recycling industries. The company, has a proven track record of designing the highest quality conveyor pulleys and has worked with Roltech Mechanical on a number of projects in the past.
