Inc & Co has launched in Manchester after acquiring digital marketing agency Fast Web Media and mobile app development business Cuhu.
Headed up by Group CEO Jack Mason, together with business partner Dave Antrobus, Inc & Co helps its integrated agencies thrive by providing collective resources such as business development, financial and HR support across the group.
The newly formed group will also be spearheaded by an established senior team including Lynne Makinson-Walsh as Head of People, Dave Antrobus as Tech Director, Carla Gonzalez as Head of Brands and Jack Walsh as Head of Finance.
Following a rebrand developed by fellow Manchester agency Creative Spark, Fast Web Media will continue under a new name and feature an evolved service offering, which includes website development as well as digital marketing and SEO. New agency Cuhu will launch as part of the group and offer mobile app development.

The new group is currently in talks with a multitude of agencies across the UK to expand its portfolio, and launching two new ventures over the coming months.
