Ison Harrison Appoints New Commercial Property Partner

Chris Waddingham has joined Ison Harrison

Yorkshire law firm Ison Harrison has appointed a prominent property partner to head up its commercial property division.

Chris Waddingham joins Ison Harrison’s expanding regional team having previously been at Blacks Solicitors in Leeds where he was a partner and commercial property lawyer for 15 years.

This latest senior appointment brings nearly 20 years of property experience to the firm and the region.

Chris has gained almost two decades of experience in commercial property law after qualifying in 2007. He has particular expertise in the areas of buying, selling and leasing both commercial and residential property and also specialises in licensing.


Chris brings a wealth of commercial property experience to his new role and will work closely with his colleagues at the firm’s Duke House offices on Wellington Street in Leeds city centre as well as property experts across the firm’s 13 other Yorkshire offices.

Chris commented: “I’m joining the Ison Harrison team as it continues to go from strength to strength representing clients both regionally and nationally. Originally from Grimsby, Chris is a keen 10k runner and dedicated martial artist. He holds a black belt in Tai Jitsu and also teaches students at his local club in Armley.
