Karman Digital launches to help firms deliver strategic ‘digital change’

John Pittham of Karman Digital

Karman Digital is the name of a new specialist digital transformation agency officially launched this week in Macclesfield.

The agency expects to create a number of new jobs by the end of 2021 and will support clients to deliver digital change in their organisations by developing better online customer experiences to create stronger revenues.

As well as delivering consultancy and data-driven strategy, Karman Digital is also a HubSpot Diamond partner agency. This enables it to help clients make the most of the world’s leading CRM, marketing and customer experience platform.

The name of the agency is inspired by ‘The Karman Line’ which is the point at which space begins and the atmosphere of the earth comes to a stop.

Clients already include the UK’s online course provider LearnDirect and national property regeneration specialist G2M Group.

The managing director of Karman Digital is Jon Pittham who also founded Cheshire-based specialist financial services marketing agency ClientsFirst in 2010. He says the new digital agency complements its well-established offering of creative digital and development services:

“Unlocking the commercial opportunities that comes with enhancing the digital experience for customers is the biggest priority for growth-oriented businesses and marketers in a post-Covid climate so it’s the perfect time to launch.

“For many organisations the last 12 months has seen them recognise there is room for improvement in their digital capabilities and CRM strategy.

“A focus on automation, data and having a ‘connected business’ using APIs and integrations is now more important than ever in today’s competitive landscape. This trend for digital transformation and the development of online propositions will continue long after lockdown measures have been eased.

“We’re particularly focused on helping organisations who may currently operate sales, marketing and service functions in silos but recognise the need to bring them together to deliver better experiences to customers on their buying journey.

“Karman Digital will help organisations to unleash their digital potential by bringing systems, platforms and data together to create powerful and influential digital environments. We are already recruiting and we’re looking forward to creating new career opportunities for people who are passionate about digital,” added Pittham.
