Leading home assistance provider HomeServe has been praised for the transparency and clarity of its pricing after being named as the UK’s best home emergency cover provider for the fourth year running.
The business, which employs around 500 people in Preston, has now picked up the coveted title from independent personal finance website Moneynet every year since the award was first introduced in 2015.
The Moneynet Awards recognise the country’s leading financial services and home assistance providers over the last 12 months.
Andrew Hagger, who chaired the Moneynet Awards judging team for the 2018 awards, said the latest award was just reward for HomeServe’s ‘comprehensive range of solutions.’
“HomeServe has deservedly been recognised once again for its efforts to make life hassle free for their Customers,” he said.
“Not only does the business provide a comprehensive range of solutions, the HomeServe website makes it simple to compare and purchase the most appropriate policy based on cover and price.”
Annually, the Moneynet judges review each product area and identify those with the finest rates and fees, whilst also taking note of product features and innovative ways of giving the customer an all-round good deal.
