Lancashire housing development officially opens

Redwing Living has officially opened its new housing development in Hambleton, Lancashire, along with the unveiling of its striking show home.

Consisting of 19 three and four bedroom family homes, Bluebrook brings to the area high-specification family homes, providing maximum comfort and practical space.

Key figures from the local community were in attendance and witnessed the cutting of the ribbon. Officiating the event was Managing Director of Redwing Living, Fiona Coventry and Managing Director of M&Y Maintenance and Construction, Gill Kelly, who declared the development now open.

The show home is a double fronted, detached property, with four bedrooms and a garage. It is known as The Douglas house type.

It has been expertly decorated and furnished to showcase the incredible craftsmanship each home boasts at Bluebrook.

Jessica Turner, Sales Manager at Redwing Living, said: “Redwing Living is thrilled to officially open the Bluebrook site in the attractive village of Hambleton.

“We’ve received some really great feedback from the local community in the run up to this moment, and we’re delighted to welcome prospective buyers to Bluebrook and invite them to look around our beautiful show home.”

Bluebrook offers seven different house types, with prices starting from £185,000.

Properties are being constructed by M&Y Maintenance and Construction, which has a nearby office in Poulton-Le-Fylde.

Hambleton has plenty to offer residents, including convenience stores, pubs and a variety of independent shops and businesses.

Bluebrook is in close proximity to Poulton-le-Fylde, Blackpool and Preston, and is ideal for commuters travelling further afield, with Liverpool and Manchester easily reached by car in just over an hour, thanks to the excellent motorway network in the area.
