Property Search Group (PSG), the nationwide property search and legal IT service provider, is opening a new Centre of Excellence at One Capitol Court, Dodworth, Barnsley in a deal negotiated by Carter Towler.
Commenting on the letting, Carter Towler Associate Philip Shopland-Reed said: “PSG has taken 10,000 sq ft on the ground floor at One Capitol Court, which is a considerable proportion of the building. Our client Newcore Capital Management is absolutely delighted, as are we.

The 3 storey, 35,000 sq ft office building is prominently located on the established business park close to junction 31 of the M1. Other businesses based at Capitol Court include Yorkshire Finance, Ramada Encore Hotel and Emcor Facilities.
