Leeds-based Digital Marketing agency launches new brand.

The Source Managing Director Mark Mitchell

Leeds-based My Social Agency are proud to have launched The Source, their new brand which uses a unique take on the agile and scrum methodologies, to deliver full service digital marketing projects.

As a full-service digital marketing agency, The Source will be able to offer support across various channels, including SEO, PPC and Content Marketing, along with Digital Strategy and Training. Meanwhile, as opposed to closing the My Social Agency brand, the original incarnation will live on as the boutique social media wing of The Source, as a result of the history it holds and its excellent reputation within the industry and with its clients.

The Source approach marketing campaigns with their unique take on the agile and scrum methodologies, which are more commonly found in software development environments. Their application of this approach, which includes testing multiple marketing channels over a short period of time, in order to identify the one which is most profitable, means that clients get faster results, and therefore better return on investment, from their marketing spend. Whether the business goal is to create a buzz around a new product or service, generate leads through form fills or a business’ marketing strategy is in need of steering in the right direction, The Source are able to deliver.

As with its sub-brand, The Source is the brainchild of Managing Director Mark Mitchell, who has been aided in the project by industry veteran Gareth Healey.

On the launch, Mark said:

“I’m delighted to launch The Source as our full-service integrated digital marketing offering.

“We know the agile method works in delivering exceptional results and return on investment for our clients, having used it very successfully on projects for My Social Agency.

“Unlike the traditional digital marketing agency, our methods mean that we don’t waste time or our clients’ money, on campaigns only to find that the activity undertaken has delivered very little in the way of results. Instead, the agile process we implement for each campaign means that we can see at a very early stage whether the medium is going to prove a profitable one in achieving the targets set by clients.

“The launch of The Source brand has been in the works for some time, and now to see the hard work come to fruition is extremely satisfying.”

Meanwhile, Gareth added:

“Mark and the team have worked incredibly hard to launch The Source.

“Given my background, I’ve been able to advise them on a number of aspects of the project, but the most exciting part for me has been helping them fine tune the agile working methodology.

“I truly believe that The Source offers something completely different from the traditional digital marketing agency and I’m sure it will be a success”

The Source have already secured their first clients, with Bedale-based Baytree Interiors and sister company Hill Interiors signing up for a full-service campaign.

As part of the launch, The Source have also partnered with three Yorkshire-based charities, Yorkshire Air Ambulance, Simon on the Streets and the Leeds Rhinos Foundation, and plan to hold several fundraising events over the next 12 months.
