HC-One’s Sabourn Court care home in Leeds is celebrating having received a glowing report from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The team at Sabourn Court was delighted to receive an impressive report that rated the home as ‘Good’ in all areas, demonstrating that the home is providing high standards of care for Residents. This also shows that the home is Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsible and Well-led.
The inspectors were full of praise for staff at Sabourn Court, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for people living at the home. This sentiment was echoed by Residents and their Relatives, who made remarks such as: “I have made a few friends here with the staff, they are kind and friendly” and “Everything is of a good standard, the senior members of staff are very good.”
The report reflected the variety of stimulating activities available to Residents at the home, including quizzes, entertainers and trips out, including a recent trip to Lotherton Hall near Aberford.
