The company has had a total investment of £22m over the last 4 years and works with high-profile clients including ASOS, Lush, and French Connection..
Despite already having a dependable brand that worked brilliantly offline, Sorted, a SaaS business who predominantly operates in a digital environment felt it had a need to evolve this further.
Specific guidance was required to protect the equity of the brand and allow their teams to effectively market across digital channels without misinterpretation. So they looked to Tall to undergo a digital-first evolution of their brand guidelines.
In consultation with the client’s in-house marketing team, Tall applied a digital-first approach to the existing brand, creating an enjoyable user experience that worked consistently through every channel.
Tall worked to develop a personality principle that would give Sorted something better to work with, but complimented the existing brand.
Every aspect of the brand was revisited and refined as the project considered how Sorted’s personality should be showcased in the future. No detail was too small in creating a suite of digital assets – such as responsive user interface layout, cards, buttons, iconography, animation and social media – all designed to intrigue and engage users.
Their global clients have come to rely on Sorted’s agile, personalised methods. Now, thanks to Tall, the Sorted brand is presented with personality and consistency to reflect the product and help potential customers appreciate its benefits.
