Leeds entrepreneur to chair annual European conference

Rashmi Dubé, Founding Director of Legatus Law

Rashmi Dubé, Founding Director of award-winning legal firm, Legatus Law, has been invited to take to the stage at the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Annual European Conference, which this year will focus on a subject that is prevalent with businesses throughout the world; Europe: The Future.

Speaking to more than 250 senior delegates from across Europe, who are interested in turnaround, change management and corporate renewal, Dubé will Chair a panel to address and question ‘How Europe is Perceived’.

With ongoing turbulence and speculation following the announcement that Article 50 has been invoked, and with the event taking place just a week after the UK general election, it is set to make for an interesting and informative debate.

Dubé comments: “Not only will I represent the UK around the table but also the Yorkshire region. As someone who has started a business I recognise the significance of the political changes that are taking place every day and how these are impacting on decisions and economic stability.

“TMA is a perfect platform to share views and to inform others of the thoughts, feelings and sensitivities from those who are working hard to make their businesses a success. I am really looking forward to hearing from our European counterparts and to discussing and debating how Europe really is perceived.”

The TMA event will take place on the 15-16 June at the Waldorf Hilton Hotel in London. Keynote speakers will include Richard Bearman from HSBC and panels will include Retail: The Future; How Europe is perceived and Financial Sector: Sick Man of Europe.
