A local solicitors firm is offering a day of free legal advice drop-ins across all of its offices to celebrate Yorkshire Day.

On 1 August, Yorkshire-based Eatons Solicitors is inviting the local community into its offices in Bradford, Ilkley, Leeds and Bingley for a day of free legal support and advice. The firm, which has 150 years’ legal experience in domestic and commercial matters including powers of attorney, conveyancing and mergers, will be on hand to provide information and guidance to the Yorkshire public via pre-booked appointments.

Liz Williams, partner at Eatons Solicitors and head of the family and matrimonial department with over 34 years legal experience, said: “Yorkshire residents are the backbone of this company and we want to take the opportunity to give something back to the community on Yorkshire Day. Our existing 30-minute free consultation appointments are extremely valuable to people seeking advice on legal matters and we want to offer this flexibility to the wider community across all of our offices.

“As part of our Yorkshire Day celebrations, we’ll be providing Yorkshire-themed refreshments, including white rose cupcakes and – of course, a brew!”

Appointments for the free advice drop-in are available by calling individual branches in Bradford, Ilkley, Leeds and Bingley with appointments made by 30 July.

Eatons Solicitors has provided commercial and personal legal services for more than 130 years and is one of Yorkshire’s leading solicitors practices.
