The refurbishment of Landmark Court business park in Leeds has been completed by Gatsby group, a property development and investment company.
The London-based developer has invested £200k in the refurbishment which includes upgrades to the internal specification of each building and the external landscaping.
Landmark Court is made up of seven detached self-contained office buildings set within a landscaped site on Elland Road, one mile south of Leeds city centre.
Cushman & Wakefield and Carter Towler are the joint letting agents at Landmark Court.
