Looking Pine! Seven Bro7hers head brewer launches signature Pineapple Pale Ale

Head Brewer Jack creates Pineapple Pale Ale

Happy Freedom Day! SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWING CO is launching a summer series of limited-edition beers – kicking off with a Pineapple pale ale.

Introducing the ‘Brewer Series’ a host of special craft beers designed by each member of the Salford brewery’s in-house brewing team.
The new range will consist of three experimental and quirky beers created to challenge conventional brews, taking beer drinkers outside the box.

The first signature brew has been crafted by head brewer Jack Dixon. The Pineapple pale ale is a fruity explosion, at 5% ABV the beer packs a tangy pineapple punch perfect for drinkers looking for a light, fresh beer to toast the lifting of restrictions.

Talking about the inspiration behind his ale, Jack said: “For this beer I wanted to make something smooth, sweet, and super easy drinking. Combining puree and Bru-1 hops really brings out that fruity pineapple flavour.

“It’s soft and crushable, at a (fairly) ‘sessionable’ ABV so I’m definitely looking forward to a few pints of it in the sun.”

Jack – who has been working with SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWING CO for nearly four years – is part of the team behind some of breweries most exciting brews including the recent anniversary 7 Series, Kellogg’s upcycled cereal beers and the award-winning Honeycomb Pale Ale.

The Pineapple Pale Ale is exclusively available in a 440ml can from the SEVEN BRO7HERS web shop for £4.00

SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWING CO was founded in 2014 by McAvoy brothers, Guy, Keith, Luke, Daniel, Nathan, Kit, and Greg, inspired by their dad’s home-brewing in their cellar at home.

In brothers currently have three beer houses in Manchester: Ancoats, Middlewood Locks and MediaCityUK. They also have an onsite taproom at the brewery in Salford.
