Luxury Pudding-Makers Set for International Food & Drink Event Debut

The Ultimate Food Company Ltd, is on a mission to put their bespoke luxury bakery on the map and highlight their extensive New Product Development (NPD), expertise at IFE 2017, which takes place at ExCeL, London, from 19-22 March.

The owners of the Cumbria-based bakery created their first own-brand Christmas pudding 30 years’ ago, and now supply world-renowned stores like Fortnum & Mason. The company also develops Private Label product ranges for many smaller producers and services more than 1,000 fundraisers too.

As first-time exhibitors to IFE, Ultimate Food has chosen to partner with leading events specialists Quadrant2Design, ensuring that the company’s latest indulgences: Famous Grouse Sticky Toffee pudding, Christmas pudding and Famous Grouse Whisky butter, are showcased to perfection.

The ‘English pudding’ innovators plan to use IFE’s trade-only platform to connect with existing customers and engage with new prospects, as well as nurture relationships with potential partners and businesses looking to upscale.


The company will also use their presence at IFE to introduce a significant expansion to the bakery, which allows Ultimate Food to produce a wide range of ambient seasonal, gift and year-round produce; including cakes, biscuits and mince pies.

With the launch of a new company website: www.ultimatefood.co.uk imminent, Ultimate Food customers will soon be able to peruse all the latest ranges online, including gluten free Christmas puddings, sauces, butters, and chutneys.. Other products promised for later this year include a delicious range of sweet and savoury biscuits, cakes and treats!
