Managing director of The iNNiTi Effect appointed to board of trustees for renewable energy charity

Alexandra Poole, Managing Director and founder of The iNNiTi Effect has been appointed to the board of trustees for Renewable World, an international charity that tackles poverty in the developing world through the provision of renewable energy.

As Trustee and Strategy Committee Chair, the role will consist of driving the strategic vision for the charity, focusing on achieving its 2022 goal of reaching 100,000 people in the developing world and to improve their quality of life, as well as championing the empowerment of women in these areas.

As a trustee, Ms Poole is highly qualified to take on the role due to already being a leading business transformation coach. Heading up her own consultancy, Ms Poole assists organisations and individuals to deliver sustainable personal and organisational growth. Alongside being a qualified Lean Practitioner, Ms. Poole is a Chartered Manager through the CMI and is currently completing a ‘Women in Leadership” scholarship for an Executive Master of Business at the University of Hull.
