MP praises ‘ground breaking’ Manchester company transforming how public sector uses data

Lucy Powell, MP for Manchester Central, has thrown her support behind STAC (Smart Technology and Consulting Ltd), a company based in Manchester which is providing ground-breaking technology combined with a transformational change management capability to improve the way the public sector thinks about and uses their data.

Powell was taken on a tour of STAC’s offices where she was shown the company’s unique technology offerings bringing practical application of Artificial Intelligence and Data Management in industry. STAC capability provides companies, institutions and departments of all sizes the opportunity to pool their data and produce real time, accurate reports, infographics and carry out searches. STAC uses data to provide ground-breaking solutions to Cyber-security problems, anti-attack, anti-phishing and the AI learning capability to process data feeds from any source. Powell met with Ashleigh, a STAC employee and recent University of Manchester graduate. They discussed the opportunities that STAC are providing and the developments that Ashleigh has made in her short time with the firm, and STAC are keen to continue to grow the next generation of tech talent in Manchester.
