The multi-million pound renovation of one of Leeds’ most impressive buildings – One Embankment – has completed on time despite the constraints of lockdown and the ongoing Covid-19 related restrictions.
The five-storey refurbishment has been designed by The Harris Partnership and Sister Company Vector Design Concepts.
The project delivers sought after flexible working spaces including self-contained open plan office-space, an impressive ground floor reception area and business lounge. Plus, as Vector’s Ketia Fong Wah explains hub and social working space that’s in high demand.
Ketia said: “Obviously more people are working from home but, the right office space is still business critical. It’s not just the inside of the building that has a fresh, new, forward thinking look. The Vector team have also designed new external signage to compliment the communal outdoor terrace area.
