Homeowners moving to The Sailings on Alexandra Road in Southport this week will receive a warm welcome from a new, hand-picked team.
The exclusive development, from Adlington Retirement Living, offers a selection of 55 beautiful apartments designed for retired homeowners to choose the way they want to live, totally independent and worry free.
Now a team of nine staff from Adlington Management Services (AMS), the newly formed property management arm of Adlington Retirement Living, have been appointed to ensure that the property is maintained to the highest standard from day one.
Over the coming weeks, the team will introduce homeowners to the communal facilities at The Sailings, from the beautifully landscapes gardens, with summerhouse for use by the Homeowners, to the coffee area, Homeowners’ lounge, table service restaurant, hair dressing salon, therapy room and activities studio.
