Niall Opens The Window To A Lifetime With Barratt Homes

After growing up in a Barratt home, Niall Richardson (26) from Longridge has recently been appointed as a sales adviser at the company’s Riverside View development in Lancaster.

Before joining the company as an employee, Niall’s Barratt Homes’ debut was in 1995 when he appeared in local papers, attending a site safety visit at a historic Barratt development in Longridge. He became the talk of the town after his parents purchased a property at the development and Niall gave the site staff a helping hand in building his new home.

22 years later Niall and his family still reside in their Barratt home and he is now on a mission to find other house hunters one of their own.

Niall, who previously worked as a retail store manager said, “The local primary school and Barratt Homes arranged for my class to attend the site and see the different stages of house building that take place.

“My family had just reserved our new home and I was featured hanging out of a window with a hard hat and high visibility jacket on, holding a trowel!”

Michaela Lancaster, Sales Director at Barratt Manchester said: “It was wonderful to hear that Niall had grown up in a Barratt home and has fond memories of his site safety visit to the Longridge development all those years ago. Niall is a fantastic edition to our sales team at Riverside View and with his extensive knowledge of the area he is the perfect person to provide first-hand experience on what it’s like to live in Longridge.

“I would certainly encourage anyone who is looking for a new home in the area to come down to Riverside View and speak to Niall about what the development can offer homebuyers.”

Niall has won a number of award in his working life for customer service and he mentioned, “It must have been destiny I’d end up working for the company that built my home.”
