North East-established SEAO Talent Partners has expanded its team by 50 per cent in the six months since its launch.

SEAO, which supports organisations with talent strategy, end to end recruitment, assessment centres and outplacement, has recently welcomed two members to its team, taking the business to a team of six, whilst further expanding its service offering.

Heather McCready has joined the team as talent acquisition coordinator for client services and Stephanie Stewart has joined the team in a brand-new role, as talent acquisition partner with a focus on candidate support.

Sam Wall, founder and recruitment director at SEAO, said: “It feels amazing to have grown the team, especially with such amazing ladies. Both come with heaps of in-house recruitment experience which adds even more strength to our already experienced offering.

“Both Heather and Stephanie will strengthen our company values of lead the way, partner with passion, inspire brilliance and be unique. Supporting both clients and candidates to remain ahead of the curve, we aim to attract the very best talent by providing bespoke, tailored and individual services to all who engage with us through our experience and creative approach.”

Heather sits within the organisation’s end to end recruitment team, working on behalf of SEAO’s clients as their internal recruitment team, which includes answering the careers hotline as the client and speaking to all candidates on behalf of the business.

SEAO believes this process will ensure the candidate journey represents the values and behaviours of their clients, helping to create a long term employer brand for retained clients.

Stephanie’s role, which brings a new element to SEAO’s service offering, links in with their value of ‘partner with passion’, however she will bring a new focus towards candidate support.

She will use her vast recruitment experience to support candidates to find and secure their next role, working with businesses to source the individual who best reflects their brand values, as well as working closely with the candidate to enhance and develop their own skills and attributes to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.

Sam added: “Over the last six months we have invested blood, sweat and tears and, with these fabulous ladies now in place, we are ready for the next stage of the journey.

“We will continue to run whole heartedly with our plan for world, or recruitment, domination, by engaging with truly inspiring clients and providing an exceptional service to our candidates.”

In the next six months, the business aims to further strengthen its service offering, building upon its current partnerships with both clients and candidates.
