Order Processing Investment at Pro Ad

Pro Ad, one of the UK’s leading promotional merchandising agencies, has invested in growing the team bringing in a new order processing administrator.

24-year-old Amy Parker joins the team bringing six years’ experience of customer care and processing at a health and safety company. Amy who lives in Bedlington with her husband Adam and Thor the cat will be seeing through the order process from sale until delivery. She will be working with both the customer and supplier supporting Pro Ad’s sales team. Shae said:

“It a wide-ranging role where every day is going to be different and that excites me. I love the principles of customer care, quality, ensuring dates are met and that needs are respected. I will be using the skills I have already learnt, and spending time with the team here to take on the Pro Ad way.”

A Disney fan, Amy excels in customer facing roles and is based from the head office in Morpeth. Loren Nardini, commercial director of the family business said:

“It is an exciting time for Amy to join the team. Her role will be growing, and we expect all the tea to pull together, so she will be well supported whilst she finds her feet. The role is a lot of fun but is also key to our customer journey, including briefs, issues handling, liaison, art work sign off and timings. Amy’s previous experience gives me confidence she is the right person for the job!”

Pro Ad offers a range of solutions for promotional marketing needs, excelling in working with British suppliers, with a focus on environmental impact, budget and return on investment. The team work closely with all customers tp ensure the best outcome. Amy concluded:

“The team is so far the best thing about the job. They have the attitude of no man left behind and we all chip in to help each other. I feel so welcome, there’s such a helpful spirit and no question is a wrong question. It’s also fascinating what people order and I love seeing the team create a solution to a tricky brief.”
