Narrative Integrated Communications, a full-service marketing agency in the North East, is celebrating more than £250,000 worth of new contracts following a period of growth.
Narrative, who are champions of professional marketers across the North East, has welcomed clients including Mandata, Wolviston, Altia-ABM and the North East LEP to its existing client base in the last few months.
The contract wins coincide with a period of growth for Narrative, having recently welcomed two new staff members to its client partnerships team, and are currently recruiting for two more roles.
Kieron Goldsborough, managing director, said: “We launched our new business strategy at the start of the year and it’s been fantastic to see the whole team get behind it. Our new clients are not only great to work with, with exciting projects and inspiring objectives too, they are also completely in line with our new strategic approach.”
Last year, the team at Narrative reviewed the agency’s business, sales and marketing strategies, looking at Narrative’s current position in the market, conducting and evaluating primary and secondary market research and redefining its vision, mission and company values.
Kieron continued: “The new strategy spans every aspect of our business from processes and documentation, to promotion and messaging. We’ve really dug down in to why people use an agency in the first place to help us shape the future of Narrative. The successes are felt in both the client wins and also in the effective work we’ve been doing for current clients including two major rebrands for Believe Housing and Union Fasteners.”
Narrative offers multiple disciplines under one roof and as part of the review, the agency delivers its services using a four-step process which sees its projects through from initial discovery and planning to delivery and evaluation.
Each of the new clients will benefit from Narrative’s full-service offering, meaning they will benefit from the entire team’s extensive knowledge and experience across any marketing or communications tool, depending on their individual requirements.
