Lake District artisan food producer, Hawkshead Relish, has become part Liberty London’s Mini British Food Hall line up, supplying eight of their condiments range to the iconic store’s Food Collection.
The Mini British Food Hall at Liberty was launched in September 2017. Hawkshead Relish is one of only a handful of food producers from across the UK to be included in the range, positioned to uncover the best of British produce.
The Buying team have scoured the UK for the country’s finest micro-producers to curate a range crammed with artisanal produce, enabling Liberty London’s customers to load their larders with some of the very best foodstuffs the UK has to offer.
The Hawkshead Relish Company is an integral part of the continuously emerging foodie fabric of the Lake District. A business that uses traditional Cumberland and Westmorland recipes to create the jams, preserves and condiments they and their team handcraft at their Hawkshead HQ.
The eight products specially selected for sale at the Regent Street Store’s Mini Food Hall have been ‘own labelled’ with the store’s branding to compliment the other products in the artisan range. Hawkshead Relish’s curated collection includes several of Lake District producer’s award-winning products, such as their Tomato Sauce and Black Garlic Pickle.

The products on sale include; Black Garlic Ketchup, Horseradish Sauce, Brown Sauce, Honey Mustard, Mint Jelly, Tomato Ketchup, Traditional English Mustard and Bramley Apple Sauce.
