An award-winning Sheffield marketing agency has bolstered its team with the appointment of a Head of Client Services – allowing them to better meet increased demand for services from a growing customer base.
The strategic appointment, made with the support of Yorkshire recruitment consultancy Glu Recruit, sees Rare Creative Group welcome Shaun Radford to the team. He will head up and take direct responsibility for the agency’s existing client-facing team.
The appointment comes following a sustained period of growth for the marketing firm which, over the last four years, has doubled its headcount – going from 12 employees to 24. A larger team, coupled with an increased client base has created the need for a senior member of staff to manage the client services team and lead the strategic aspect of client work.
Shaun has over 20 years marketing experience and has won and directed major accounts across a range of industries.
