Regus Opens Two New Liverpool Centres

Global workspace provider Regus has opened two new business centres in Liverpool, bringing its footprint in the city to three locations. The openings are further evidence of Regus’ UK network expansion as demand for flexible workspace continues to increase.

The centres are located on Merchants Court, Derby Square, and at 1 Mann Island, part of the new Mann Island waterfront development which overlooks the city’s historic Albert Dock.

Both centres offer a range of flexible working options for businesses and professionals. These include: co-working space, virtual office services, meeting rooms which are bookable by the hour, and offices of varying sizes.

Regus Mann Island is situated just half a mile from Lime Street railway station and within easy access of the M53 and M62 motorways. It is also close to the Liverpool One shopping, leisure and residential complex. Regus Derby Square is located at the heart of Liverpool’s fast-growing commercial hub, and close to the Queen Elizabeth II Law Courts. It also boasts excellent transport links being close to James Street station and just 20 minutes from John Lennon airport.

Richard Morris, UK CEO, Regus, comments: “Demand for flexible workspace in Liverpool is booming so the city was a natural choice for our expansion plans. The city is well-connected and offers excellent value and it’s increasingly attracting investment and visitors from across the world.

“We expect our new centres to be popular with a wide range of users including local small businesses, start-ups and remote workers as well as national firms opening satellite offices and global businesses establishing a footprint in the area.”
