It is currently in negotiations on a number of sites across the region, which will be announced in the near future. It is also actively seeking new Joint venture partnerships with land and property owners.

The company delivers regeneration projects from concept through to completion and has developed strong relationships with local authorities, government agencies and investors.

Geoff Hogg said: “Bringing together all of our property development portfolio under one umbrella will strengthen our presence in the market and increase our focus on expanding our footprint into other key regional locations.

“The Chaloner Group brings together decades of property development expertise, enhancing communities by delivering high quality commercial and residential schemes.

“In addition to the strong pipeline of activity planned in Middlesbrough and the Tees Valley, I am keen to build on our track record with developments across the UK.
