Revamped Crossgates pub creates five new jobs

The Station Pub at Crossgates, Leeds

A Crossgates pub has reopened, following a six-figure investment that has created five new jobs in the process.

General manager, Joanne Baker, pulled the first pint at the Station Hotel on Station Road following an extensive transformation.

As part of the investment, the Greene King owned pub has received a complete makeover, introducing a lighter colour scheme with white tiled walls, signature pieces of furniture and fresh, contemporary flooring.

The bar has been completely revamped, with the introduction of an extended selection of local and national ales, and world beers. The food offering has also been enhanced, with the pub unveiling a mouth-watering new menu that features dishes such as a Jerk Chicken Burger, as well as a Winter Fruits Cheesecake.

General manager Joanne Baker, said: “We’re incredibly excited to have undergone such a huge transformation. The Station Hotel is a great destination for locals and visitors, so we’re pleased to be able to offer even better surroundings and a great new menu to both our loyal and new guests alike.”
